David Yvinec This album is absolute fun! Groovy, funky, doomy, jazzy: the free spirited 70s as revisited in the 90s - all in one EP. Cathedral - as in Statik Majik - seem to most freely express themselves in their EPs. I bet they had much fun experimenting with the tracks here. I always have great fun listening to it! Favorite track: The Devils Summit.

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
